Alyson’s Profile

Alyson is an Associate in Maynard Cooper’s General Litigation Group in the firm’s Huntsville office.

Her practice focuses primarily on general and business litigation, as well as commercial and complex litigation. Her legal experience includes disputes concerning contracts, health care, business torts, retaliation, employment discrimination, and civil rights litigation.

Alyson grew up in Huntsville, Alabama, before attending Auburn University and graduating with a degree in English and Political Science. Alyson earned her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she served on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, competed on the Herbert W. Peterson National Trial Team, and was an Executive Director on the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board. Alyson spent two years as a Summer Associate with Maynard Cooper prior to joining the firm as an Associate.
